1. Enter phone number in the Philippines and then @jptxt.jp to the “To:” box.
   【例：0**********@jptxt.jp 】
2. Leave the “Subject” box blank
3. Enter your message in the “Text” box.
4. Send your message

Q3 When making a call to the Philippines, press　0074+711 plus the phone number

2. Call within Japan: press 0074+711 plus phone number （mobile or landline）

Q4 How can I make PasaLoad to the Philippines?

1. Send via Text
   Enter p orx＋Philippine number＋@jptxt.jp and pasaload amount, then press send.
   • Composition:
   • To : p0**********@jptxt.jp（P30）
     • To : p0**********@jptxt.jp（P30）
     • * １peso ＝１credit
   • Subject: leave it blank (no need to enter)
   • Text: load amount
     • * Load denomination as prescribed by the Philippine mobile phone carrier
2. Your text request will be immediately received by us.
3. You will receive confirmation of the load amount you sent including your balance.

• Load amount is subject to change without notice depending on foreign exchange rate (Philippine peso or US dollar). Service not applicable for free 5 loads offered at initial registration.
• In case of failed international load transfer, only the amount for successful load transfer will be charged
• Refund for load not applicable for improper use or sending by user, or otherwise after the international load transfer has already been completed; we therefore recommend user to check the number of recipient before sending.
• Service may be interrupted temporary without notice due to system maintenance works carried out by either of the mobile phone companies in Japan and Philippines

Q5 Is it necessary to enter Card No. & Pin No. when sending message or making a call each time?

It is not necessary. Entering Card No. & Pin No. becomes necessary when reloading your JPtxt Card.

Q6 What shall I do to make inquiry for load balance?

Send blank message to
bjptxt.jp from your mobile phone. You will receive a reply confirmation for your inquiry of load balance immediately

Q7 Can I make international load transfer to the Philippines?

You can transfer load to a prepaid card user of prescribed mobile phone carrier in the Philippines by using JPtxt Loading. Load transferred to the Philippines may be used for talk & text and other mobile phone services available in the country.

Q8 What shall I do with the Card No. & Pin No. when loading to my mobile phone?

1. For JPtxt Card Users
   Enter the 8-digit Card No. leaving 1 space and then the 8-digit Pin No. to your mobile phone and send to;
   rjptxt.jp
   
   You will receive a confirmation massage informing the amount of load purchased immediately after.
2. For Smart Pit Users
   You can buy JPtxt load at a convenience store which will be credited to your mobile phone instantly. Immediately after, you will receive a message informing the amount of load you purchased.

※The procedure is same as in reloading; a message will be instantly sent to you informing the amount reloaded to your balance
