Q1 What is JPtxt?
A1. JPtxt provides services for talk & text messages (SMS) to the Philippines and pasaload services to prepaid card users with the use mobile phones.
Q2 How can I avail of JPtxt services?
A2. You can avail the service by using the JPtxt 3in1 Card, a multifunctional recharge type or the JPtxt Smart Pit Card.
Q3 What is JPtxt Smart Pit Card?
A3. This is a Card that enable use of Payment Service System through convenience stores as provided by NTT Comware.

Q5 Where can I avail the JPtxt Smart Pit Card?
A5. You can avail the Card at all Family Mart, Lawson, Circle K Sunkus, Ministop, and Three F throughout the country
Q6 How do I register to become a member?
A6. . Send a text message forinitail registration. That’s all what is needed to request for JPtxt Card. For availing JPtxt Smart Pit, you need to register a smart Pit number & access number after the initial registration. Once you have completed the registration process via text message, you may now avail the services at the convenience stores. The card is reusable. （Note: You cannot claim for refund at convenience stores after payment.）
Q7 When can I start to use free load offered for membership?
A7. We will offer the service load (good for 5 messages) after registration has completed and .as soon as identifications are confirmed; then you may use the free load.
Q8Can I use JPtxt 3in1 Card and JPtxt Smart Pit through landline?
A8.If you change your email address in your mobile phone registered as member, your load of JPtxt services will all become invalidated and expired
